I frequently use a shrug to make strapless or halter-top dresses work appropriate. (Ha ha the fools! With the simple covering of my shoulders, I make them believe there are SLEEVES under here ( Read more... )

I bought this black shrug at Forever 21 four years ago or so and it is one of my most-worn items. Handy to throw on with just about anything for a little warmth and to cover exposed bra straps.
